About Tucker Berardi

My name is Tucker Berardi, and I'm a video storyteller and motion designer based in Charlottesville, Virginia. 

My camera tags along on all of my adventures, from mountain tops to coffee shops, and I've got a collection of SD cards that I can't bring myself to format. Written stories and verbal tales are all well and good, but there's something magical about seeing the world through a camera lens. 

I don't just love telling stories — I love to find them. My background is in journalism, and I have enjoyed writing countless articles. But nothing can beat seeing a video project come to life on screen. 

What started as a hobby in college has turned into a career: I am the video producer for the Institute for Public Relations, video content manager at marketing agency SCAD Media, LLC, and even teach a course on video production at the University of Florida (online of course, the commute is a little too steep). 

I have been lucky enough to film a wide variety of projects, from documentary-style profiles to restaurant commercials. But I am always looking for the next opportunity to flex my creativity. I love film and video because there is always something new to learn, and I strive to be ahead of the curve.
